ICAEW and CICPA joint project set up

The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) have reached an agreement to facilitate and promote co-operation between the accounting profession in both countries.

The two bodies are to set up a joint project team which will conduct detailed research and investigate comparisons between the ACA and the CPA qualifications with the aim of achieving mutual credits for prior learning.
