I am helping them to start the Activity Based Costing and Management outsourcing.<BR/><BR/>I would be supporting in conceptualizing the service, buliding the capacity of their team, pre-sales and delivery.<BR/><BR/>One of the patent offices in Europe is already getting this kind of work done.
